I can say my back pain started after my first childbirth. Since then, I can’t sit for long periods, which is not ideal since I have a desk job! Obviously I know I need to be more active, but between my 2 kids and my job, doing exercises for my back tends to fall further and further down my to-do list. What I like about Lombafit Studio is the fact that I can do my sessions early morning before going to work. The exercises are very effective and tailored to my condition. I am also happy to receive a lot of education to help me deal with my pain while at work. I plan to use these tips long after I finish my sessions.

It feels good to share with people who, like me, live with back pain!

I have been suffering from back issues for 20 years and had to undergo surgery early 2000s. Since then, I try to be as active as possible but lack motivation from time to time. This is exactly why I decided to join Lombafit Studio. I really appreciate the energy of my physiotherapist who helps me push my limits while staying safe. The exercises are never boring, and make me feel happy in addition to keeping me fit. I also love the group atmosphere because I feel like the other members understand what I go through. Today, thanks to Lombafit Studio, my back feels a lot less fragile!

I have been suffering from back problems since my twenties. Of course I already spoke to my Doctor, and also had an MRI that showed bulging discs at L4-L5 levels. I was used to seeing my osteo when my pain would become unbearable and it would help on the short term. I decided to give Lombafit Studio a try because I wanted to find exercises that would help my back in the long term. I first thought about yoga or pilates, but wanted to make sure my instructor was comfortable treating back issues. From the first session at Lombafit Studio, I realized how my back and abdominal muscles were weak! After exercising I was initially sore the next day but it got better every week. Now, thanks to Lombafit Studio, my back feels a lot less fragile, and I didn’t have any relapse yet!

As a bus driver, I need to sit all day. Although my seat is comfortable, I often feel stiffness in my lower back after a long day of work. I decided to join Lombafit Sudio to improve my posture and the strength of my core. She advised me on some adjustments to make to my seat, and also gave me some home exercises as my schedule allows me to come to classes only once every 10 days.
